5/5 Food Hygiene Rating
Llantilio Crossenny and Llanddewi Rhydderch are two small, neighbouring villages in the Monmouthshire countryside between Abergavenny and Monmouth, close to White Castle, one of the "Three Castles" of the area alongside Skenfrith and Grosmont. The drive in is a short one — around 15 to 20 minutes from either village, mostly quiet B-roads before joining the A40 into town. With no restaurant of real note in either village, the trip into Abergavenny is already a normal part of eating out locally, and diners from the wider stretch of rural Monmouthshire around both villages, including the area near White Castle and toward Monmouth, are a regular part of Fuzion's booking pattern, alongside bookings from Crickhowell and Usk.
The food itself is built around sharing: small plates from £8.00, blending Mediterranean, Polish and Asian influences rather than sticking to one style. Deep Fried Crab Wontons, Fuzion Marinated Mixed Olives and Croquetas de Bacalao are among the dishes mentioned most in reviews, alongside Fuzion's own hand-made Pierogi of the Day (£18.50) — order two to three small plates per person and let the team talk you through what pairs well.
