Terms and Condition - Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all customers of:
Fuzion Restaurant,
23 Frogmore Street,
Abergavenny,
Monmouthshire, NP7 5AH.
By making a reservation, placing an order, or dining with us, customers accept and agree to these terms.
Business Obligations

Fuzion Restaurant will provide food and drink that are of satisfactory quality, as described, fit for purpose, and prepared and served with due skill, care, and appropriate temperature in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Allergen information is available for every dish, and staff are trained to manage allergens safely.
Customer Obligations

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before ordering. Fuzion cannot guarantee allergen-free food if this information is not provided.
Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the end of a meal, by cash or accepted card.

For group bookings or private events, a deposit may be required; details will be confirmed at booking.

Penalties may apply for late payments, including the retention of deposits or the application of statutory late fees as allowed by law.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made by telephone at least 24 hours before the booking time.

If a customer fails to arrive (no-show), Fuzion Restaurant reserves the right to retain any deposits paid or to apply a no-show charge.

For group events, separate advance notice and cancellation charges may apply, and these will be provided at the time of booking.
Table Time Limits

During busy periods, standard bookings have a maximum table duration of 1.5 hours.

Larger groups or special events may have longer or different time limits, as agreed in advance.

Customers wishing to stay longer than the allocated time are asked to notify staff when booking; requests are subject to availability.
Age Restrictions for Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and served to guests aged 18 and over, in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003. Fuzion Restaurant reserves the right to request valid photo ID and to refuse service.
Liability Limitations

Fuzion Restaurant is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ property on the premises except as required by law.

Fuzion Restaurant’s liability for personal injury or loss is limited to that which arises from negligence or breach of duty under relevant food safety and consumer law.
Dispute Resolution

Any concerns or complaints should be raised with management as soon as possible to seek a prompt resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved in-house, both parties agree to attempt mediation before taking legal action.
Consumer Rights and Food Safety

These terms do not affect statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Fuzion Restaurant operates in full compliance with UK laws governing food safety and consumer protection.
Legal Validity

To ensure these terms and conditions are binding, customers are made aware of them at point of booking and on Fuzion Restaurant’s website.

For specialist situations or extensive bookings, a written contract may supplement these terms; customers are encouraged to request clarification at any time.
